Definitions

User – any person visiting the website.
Customer – an individual/entity placing an order.
Products and Services – any product or service mentioned in the order, which is to be supplied by the Seller to the Customer.
Order – an electronic document acting as a means of communication between the Seller and the Customer, through which the Customer expresses their intention to purchase certain Products and Services and to make payment for them.
Website Content (images, texts, web graphics, scripts, software, design rights, model rights, patents, registered trademarks) is the exclusive property of SC SEPELAND SRL and its suppliers and is protected by the Copyright Law and related rights, as well as intellectual and industrial property laws. Unauthorized use of any of the above-listed elements is punishable under the applicable law.

The final price paid by the customer will be displayed, and the cost of product transportation will be communicated to the customer by phone, depending on the distance.

General Information

SC SEPELAND SRL does not guarantee that the website, the servers on which it is hosted, or emails sent from blat-lemn.ro are free from viruses or other potentially harmful components, or that they are free from errors, omissions, defects, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, line failures or any other similar factors.

The user uses the website at their own risk, and SC SEPELAND SRL is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use or access/visitation of the website or as a result of using the information on the site. SC SEPELAND SRL is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur in the drafting or presentation of materials on the site.

By completing the Order, the Customer guarantees that all provided data is accurate and correct; otherwise, they might face consequences of such errors (delayed Order, incorrectly transmitted etc.).

SC SEPELAND SRL cannot be held liable for incorrectly entered information, which may result in delivery delays. In this context, all transportation fees for reshipping the Order will be borne by the Customer.

By completing the Order, the Customer agrees that a representative of SC SEPELAND SRL may contact them by any agreed means (email/phone) for personal confirmation of the Order.

The price, payment method, and payment term are specified in the Order. The Seller will issue an invoice to the Customer for the delivered products and services, with the Customer’s obligation to provide all necessary information for invoice issuance according to applicable legislation.

The cost of delivery for orders with a value below 20,000 RON is fully borne by the customer. This cost will be communicated to all customers after placing the order. If the delivery is made by Sepeland SRL, this cost will be communicated by a Sepeland representative.

If the delivery is made by a Sepeland partner, this will be communicated directly to customers by: phone call or message or email, directly by the partner. For orders with a value above 20,000 RON, the delivery cost of the products will be free in Romania, and this will be communicated to customers by a Sepeland SRL representative.

At Blat Lemn by SEPELAND, we strive to provide our customers with a pleasant and worry-free shopping experience. To this end, we have developed a transparent Refunds and Returns Policy in accordance with legal requirements, to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from us.

Warranty certificate

To benefit from the warranty, the Customer has the following obligations:

  • The product must have been purchased from SC SEPELAND SRL and used only for its intended purpose;
  • The Customer must follow the usage instructions and use the product according to the manufacturer’s guidelines;
  • The Customer must keep the warranty certificate and the fiscal document with which the product was purchased;
  • The Customer must retain the original packaging and all accessories that came with it and deliver them together with the product under warranty. The warranty is provided in accordance with the Warranty Certificate for each product. The place for presenting the product to benefit from the warranty is specified in the Warranty Certificate. The cost of transportation to the address where the warranty service is performed, as well as the return shipping to the customer, is borne by the Customer.

If the products are not installed immediately upon receipt, they should be unpacked to avoid condensation inside.

  • Each product sold by SC SEPELAND SRL is covered by a legal conformity warranty and a commercial warranty of 24 months. An extended warranty beyond this period cannot be requested.
  • The average product lifespan is 5 years.
  • Any warranty repairs are carried out by SC SEPELAND SRL at the company’s headquarters in Nădrag, Cornet Street, Number 43, Timiș County. Telephone contact: 0766776842 or 0768137612, email: sepetiucrazvan@gmail.com.
  • Any warranty repairs are performed within a maximum of 15 days.
  • The period during which the product is under repair is added to the 24-month legal warranty period.
  • To benefit from the warranty, the Buyer is required to be aware of and adhere to the provisions in the Warranty Certificate and the handling, installation, and maintenance instructions; otherwise, there is a risk of losing the warranty.
  • The Buyer agrees that products made from solid and natural wood (oak, fir, hornbeam, spruce, etc.) cannot be manufactured with identical texture, colour shades on different surfaces, and apparent material characteristics. Wood may have knots, cracks, fissures, holes, and other forms and textures specific to natural wood. If these specific features of solid and natural wood are not present at the time of purchase or are insignificant, they may appear or become more prominent over time. These are not considered quality defects.
  • Products requiring assembly should be installed according to the sketch provided in the packaging or according to the markings on the wooden material.

Conditions under which the warranty becomes unavailable or null

  • Normal wear and tear of the product considering its lifespan.
  • Fire, damage, theft, discolouration of the product or its components due to exposure to sunlight or another intense heat source, contact with water, painting of the product by the customer, damage resulting from calamities, breakage or scratching of the product due to impact, defects caused by storage in humid conditions, cleaning with inappropriate substances, storage and use of the product in conditions other than those for which it was tested and designed.
  • Use of the product in an industrial setting, public places, or for professional purposes.
  • Intervention, repair, or modification by unauthorised persons.
